Reclaim Your Focus

This program trains your brain’s "brake" system - the inhibitory control that helps you stop distractions and spirals, so that you can follow through on what matters.

The world is loud. Your brain doesn't have to be.

Do Less. Focus More. Finish What Matters.

Most productivity advice relies on willpower and habit formation. If it doesn't work, they tell you "Try harder!"

This program teaches you a different skill.

How to STOP to think what really matters.

In neuroscience, that ability is called inhibitory control. This is year brain's built-in braking system. When it works properly, it's easier to:

Why This Works

  • stop doomscrolling and spiralling

  • stop overthinking the next step

  • stop saying yes to everything

Who This Is For

  • You've tried to-do lists and productivity tools....only to forget about them.

  • You stay busy but have not much to show for it.

  • You lose momentum when stress hits.

  • You want a science-based system (not "woo-woo").

  • You want consistent accountability.

  • You're curious about how your brain works & want to use it to your advantage!

Dates & Format

Cohort dates: February 1 - April 25, 2026

Format: 6 live online sessions + a physical goal planner shipped to you

Live sessions: Sundays at 11:00 AM Eastern Time (Microsoft Teams)

Live dates (biweekly): Feb. 1, Feb. 15, Mar. 1, Mar. 15, Mar. 29, Apr. 12

Between sessions: implementation weeks + weekly check-ins

What You'll Walk Away With

A simple, repeatable system you can use again & again:

  • One clear 12-week goal that actually motivates you + plan to execute.

  • Weekly focus and follow-through without sacrificing your health, relationships, or sanity.

  • A faster way to learn and retain skills at work (memory science applied).

  • Tools to stay calm under pressure and adapt when priorities change.

Science-Based Curriculum

01. Brain's Brake System

Learn how inhibitory control works and why "brake" skills beat motivation.

02. Less Is More

Debunking the dopamine hype and defining clear measurements of success.

Protect your attention and cognitive load in the world of noise.

03. Attention Budget
04. Calm Under Pressure

Identify stress triggers and build a recovery plan you can actually follow.

05. Learn to Remember

Work with the biology to learn new skills faster and retain more at work.

06. Adapt Without Spiraling

Create simple decision rules to adapt to change more efficiently.

"I'm Dr. Nuri Jeong. I'm a neuroscientist, speaker, and coach.

I spent over a decade studying the brain regulates attention, learning, and motivated behavior, especially the inhibitory "brake" system. This built-in control system helps us stop distractions and choose what matters. My research has been published in top scientific journals, including Nature.

Neuroscience-based goal training shouldn't be reserved for a small group of elite performers. I built this program to make it accessible and practical for ALL people.

If you want a clear action plan and a calmer nervous system in a noisy world, this program is for you.

FAQ

Do I need to know neuroscience?

Not at all! This is taught in plain English and designed for non-scientists.

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching and skills training. It is not medical or mental health treatment.
